We’re looking for High Wycombe’s best indie retailer – but we need your help…
This summer we’ve been busy championing High Wycombe’s vibrant independent scene and highlighting the number of brilliant indie businesses around the town centre. From our cashmob event back in July, to our summer-long voting competition, we’re asking you to help us find High Wycombe’s most-loved independent businesses. Whether it’s a cosy café, excellent eatery or great gift shop, why not have your say? Voting closes on September 1st2019 and one lucky voter will be randomly selected to win a £50 shopping voucher. To vote for your favourite independent businesses, head over to Love Local and tell us who your favourite local independent is, and why.
Discussing the importance of the campaign, HWBIDCo BID manager Melanie Williams said; “Independent businesses help bring personality to our high street. This campaign is about supporting those businesses and helping visitors and residents to see that there are many hidden gems located around the town – they just need to know where to look. By supporting these independent businesses, we can all reap the benefits long-term and help our high street thrive.”
