Fight Back Against Retail Crime event to take place in High Wycombe
High Wycombe BID, supported by Thames Valley Police are announcing a new ‘Fight Back Against Retail Crime’ event to take place at ‘Muffin Break’ in High Wycombe town centre on Tuesday 15th October.
This event will provide an opportunity for local retailers to engage with security experts, develop active preventative measures and create safer working spaces. This forms part of a larger push in High Wycombe to fight back against retail crime in the town centre and create a better environment for shops, staff and customers alike.
This event is the 2nd such day this year in the Thames Valley area, following a well-supported event in Reading in May where over 100 retailers/stakeholders engaged with security experts.
The days’ events will be split into two informative sessions at 10-12pm and 1-3pm, hosted at Muffin Break in the Eden Centre.
It will feature a number of interactive demonstrations of preventative measures that can be employed individually or collectively, including fogging machines, the latest CCTV, DNA sprays and much more.
