To address the problem of empty commercial units in the town centre, we refurbished a long-term empty space and turned it into a temporary business incubator unit.
After evaluating over 40 business start-up ideas, we were able to offer 13 budding entrepreneurs the chance to trial their businesses. Our last occupant ‘Lilly Mays Café’ was very successful and became a popular venue for mothers and toddlers.
