Governance

Governance can be fascinating! Before our third term ballot, High Wycombe BID underwent a dynamic review where we updated our Articles, Operating Agreement, Procurement and other Policies and reviewed our staff structure. These documents contain processes, policies and laws which will affect how our organisation is managed.

In the case of High Wycombe BID, the processes and policies are directed and controlled by our Board of Directors to ensure that performance and risk are managed effectively.
