As we begin to transition out of lockdown and into the next phase of recovery from COVID-19, the UK government has laid out the next stage of its plans for reopening – including measures to ensure that employers get their businesses back up and running whilst maintaining workplace safely.
To help ease this transition, we’ve put together a useful factsheet on some simple steps business owners can take to prepare, plan and implement changes they may need to make to adhere to social distancing measures. You can download our factsheet below or visit the UK government website for more detailed guidance on different workplace settings and what steps you can take to keep people safe.
We’ve also put together a list of PPE and print suppliers for businesses to source the equipment they need to reopen safely. We are aiming to negotiate bulk purchase deals for this equipment so that we can help make this purchase more cost effective for your business. We may be able to help you with the following products:
– Screens and social distancing graphics
– Cleaning and hand sanitisers
– PPE (masks, gloves, etc.)
Finally, many of you are working hard to get physical distancing measures in place ahead of reopening your business. With this is mind, we have produced a pack of free business assets to help give you the confidence to safely open your doors to the public again.
The pack includes 10 downloadable posters to help with social distancing in your premises – including card payment preferred notice and directional signs. We hope that these resources will enable businesses to adhere to social distancing and safely manage queues outside their premises.
